Rayvolution - Raytec Vision optical bulkheads

Rayvolution is an advanced optical grader specifically designed for sorting tomatoes.

It uses an LED pulsed light and a CCD camera with high optical resolution to detect defects and foreign objects. Technologies include NIR (Near InfraRed), visible light analysis, translucency and shape analysis.

The device detects quality anomalies such as rot, colour defects, size differences and foreign objects. It supports both single and multiple removal systems.
