Austrian Reiter Respiro no-tillers revolutionise the purity of harvested feed! The vertical pick-up, the pick-up spike at an acute angle and the free-rotating support plate immediately behind the pick-up prevent soil particles from entering the forage mix. You can move the bears several times at your discretion without compromising feed quality.

The range includes hoist and towed models. The lifting equipment includes the 3.5 m wide front boom lift Respiro R3.5 and the rear boom lifts the 6 and 7 m wide models Respiro R6 RD and R7 RD. There are two towable models; Respiro R8 and R10. The model number also indicates the largest working width when moulding in the centre. Towed models always have two lifters.

All models share the same basic principle. The lowest cam on the market keeps a steady feed flow without residue losses even at speeds above 20 km/h, with a rotor on top of the cam that throws the feed onto the mat in a steady stream. The mats are infinitely variable in rotation direction and speed and have proper potholes to guide the feed in the desired direction. On all models, the mats can be stopped to collect forage on the mat from corners, for example, making it easier for harvesters to work in corners.

It is not always possible to harvest feed under optimal conditions. In wet conditions, the Reiter Respiro reapers are facilitated by a spring suspension, which transfers the weight from the footplates to the frame. In addition to the transport wheels, the towed harrows have wheels on the outer corners, which allow the feed to be transported neatly to the harrow, even in uneven places. For example, the R8 carcass has a weight distribution of only 600 kg per wheel - half of the weight goes on the drawbar.

The flexible cam body follows the ground. There are four footplates under each cam. In the middle of the cam, the frame is rigid, but the cam in front of the end plates can flex up and down by five degrees. This further refines your picking, and on hilly ground, you won't miss a card.
