Samson TSB 2

Sludge treatment top gun Samson; has developed a new knife suction unit that fits all sludge trailers. In the TSB series, the numbers stand for the number of splitters. The TSB 1 series is designed for smaller sludge wagons and has wings that fold upwards, leaving the wings completely behind the wagon. The TSB 2 series is for slurry wagons up to 16 m³. It has side wings that come forward on the side of the wagon. Both are attached by a four-point linkage and no lifting device is required.

Both models have Samson's own splitters. They can be equipped with an additional blade if there is long hay in the slurry.

The sludge pipe from the manifold has an inside diameter of 43 mm. It is made of UV-protected flexible pipe, which is a very durable solution. The tip of the flange is a Samson proprietary patent. It has a narrow, easily replaceable centre section that makes a decent cut in the field surface and a specially shaped nozzle that delivers the slurry in a narrow, long strip. This maximises feed hygiene. The row spacing is 25 cm.

• The wings lock into the side brackets of the wagon
• Dispensers can pass 5000-12000 l/min of sludge
• Working width can be reduced hydraulically
• The side wings follow the ground and, for example, when driving over a hill, the boom flexes downwards on either side.
• On Samson's own wagons, it is possible to use an active lifting device to facilitate better ground level monitoring.
• The side wings are protected against collisions by pressure cushions.
