Suire Turbogyr - Horizontal gyratory crushers
Manufacturer : Suire
The Turbogyr series consists of five towed multi-rotor horizontal crushers. The horizontal crushers are best suited for clearing fallows and pastures. Their design allows a working speed of 8-12 km/h. The shorter the mowing distance, the better the result. The minimum cutting height is 50 mm and the optimum is less than 100 mm. The blade has shaped grass blades that form a suction under the deck, which lifts the flattened stalk for crushing. Horizontal crushers are slightly more resistant to stones than reel crushers because the rotor is less likely to become unbalanced if a piece of the blade breaks off.
The Turbogyr range offers working widths from 4.8 to 8.0 m. All models are designed for 1000 rpm power. The three-rotor 4800 TR3 and 5400 TR3, and the five-rotor 6400 TR5, 7200 TR5 and 8000 TR5. The numbers on the model markings are actual working widths in millimetres. Power requirements are 120-180 hp for three-rotor and 160-340 hp for five-rotor. The power requirement depends on the crop. Dry, poorly growing fallow easily crushes at the lowest power level and wet, dense clover requires maximum power.
The Turbogyr has big 10.0 x 75/15.3 tyres. They'll carry you even in wet conditions. On the road, a hydraulic bell makes towing a pleasure. Suire has patented hydraulic adjustment of the working angle. If the machine is purchased for shared use, the hook height varies. Hydraulic adjustment allows you to quickly adjust the working angle without turning the rim bolts. Turbogyr's frame is also designed for uneven fields. The side blocks can be floated to give ±15° of flexibility.
