Dryce - Raytec Vision optical bulkheads

Dryce is an optical sorting machine with high-resolution cameras that scan the product using a ”free-fall double-sided view" system that analyses 100 % from the surface of each product.

The system is specially designed to sort dried and frozen products. It is also suitable for sorting caramels, beans, peas, etc. and for removing debris.

Dryce can dispose of discolouration, rot and foreign objects even if they are the same colour as a good product. A vibrating conveyor built into the machine transports the product vertically into the chute, ensuring a smooth path of travel.
