Curiosity is the first optical sorting machine to be created in a fully hygienic way according to EHEDG guidelines. This sorter combines innovation, design and state-of-the-art optics to perfectly meet the needs of safety and quality control, hygienic operation and easy and quick cleaning.

Driven by our powerful UNYCO software, Curiosity can detect any faults you want to discard, while taking care of the good part. A vibratory conveyor built into the machine transports the product vertically into the chute, ensuring a smooth path of travel.
